Thank you for your timely response to me.
Welcome to the Forum. While I suppose it is theoretically possible, I am not aware of having ever seen a patient who acquired any STD, including gonorrhea from transfer of genital secretions to their genitals, eyes, rectum or other body parts on their hands. There are several good microbiological reasons for this including that with each transfer at least 10 times fewer organisms would be transferred and that these microorganisms are quite fragile and begin to die as soon as they are out of the body. Dying organisms do not cause infection.
I am certain that gonorrhea would not be transferred in either of the situations that you describe. EWH
