negative results but symptoms

I has sex with girl and condom broke.  A couple days later my anus started itching bad and after awhile i having shaper pain with bowel movements.  About a month after sex i see a circular spot on penis.  I have been to the clinic to get tested for gon/chlamydia,hepes,syphilis and all results were negative.  It has been about four to five months now and i still have pain with bowel movements and i have outlines of skin underneath penis and the cicular spots still on penile skin.  It is not raised and clinician said looks nothing like hpv but i know i have something because nothin like this happened prior to sex.  I am wondering if it could be fungal or some sorta of bacterial infection. I was on azithromycin for sinus infection, but i figured it would have cleared a bacterial infection too if there was one present. The extra skin on penis is like a slightly raised line, but nothing like symptoms of normal stds.  Other sypmptoms include my scalp of head itching in same spot.  I just want to get to bottom of it and find out what it could be.

Sorry, what you describe does not sound like an STD.  I am not discounting your rash or anal symptoms.  As I said, I would suggest you see a dermatologist who can exam you and make an assessment based on his her obseravations and tesitng.  EWH

It does not sound like you got an STD of any sort from the exposure you describe. Remember, even though the condom broke, most people don't have STDs and even when exposed to a partner with STD, not every exposure leads to transmission of infection.  From the results of your tests (which should be trusted) you can be sure that you did not get any of the STDs you were tested for.

I also agree with the folks in the clinic that what you are experiencing does not sound like HPV infection.  A fungal infection or some other unrelated dermatological problem is more likely.  My advice would be to check this out with a dermatologist.

As for the burning/stinging, if your tests are negative, they likely have some other cause.  Could it be that you are paying closer attendtion to your genitals than you did before the condom broke?
