no ejaculate

its been over 45 days not since my unprotected sex incident.  been tested for all stds and so far all negative.  i have ruled some completely out of my mind but there is still some that linger in my head.
my problem is with the symptoms i experienced about 15 days into the nightmare,  i developed frequent urination and a sensation like something was coming out of my penis.  i saw some mild white and clear discharge a few (2-3 times) times. never was there any pain associated with the frequent urination nor was there any discomfort in my body.  after about 7 days of this i felt some lower back pain, it felt to be at the kidneys but not sure and some a few times the urge to throw up after a meal..  this only lasted about 2 days.  after that there has been no problems at all in my body except.....
1. i masturbated but nothing came out.
went to the docs and he was quit to say it was an infection of the prostate with no exam no nothing and put me on 2 weeks of cipro.
2. i feel discomfort when i press down on my pelvic area,...(where the blader is)
im afraid it might be some kind of infection in my bladder that is obstructing the semen flow.

could this be an NGU type of infection... im completely normal except for the no semen problem and some stress and anxiety issues still...... could these be a reason as well?

thak you doc for a response.  would cipro be effective towards an NGU type infection?

what if any STD can affect mens plumbing in general.  i was tested for gono and chlam and both came back negative at 14 days.  and this started soon after (within a couple of days).

Neither NGU nor any other STD causes failure to ejaculate.  I'm not a urologist or otherwise an expert in men's "plumbing", but some sort of problem with the prostate gland makes sense to me.  With that symptom plus the others, I wonder whether you might have true infectious (bacterial) prostatitis.  Your provider apparently is thinking along the same lines, hence the cipro.  But I'm a little surprised he didn't examine the prostate via a rectal exam.  In any case, STDs rarely are the cause of prostate problems.  Follow up with your provider; or if the problem doesn't resolve, see a urologist.  Also, it is possible the doc on the MedHelp urology forum would have pertinent suggestions.

Good luck--  HHH, MD
