oral sex unprotected

i recently visited a brothel and had unprotected oral sex with one of the girls for 10 mins. rapped with guilt i have since been to the gum clinic in britain where i had swabs and urine samples taken . the std doctor said he would look at the samples under the microscope ( these were taken from my penis). 10 mins later he called me back through and said that under the microscope he could see no chlymidia or gnorrhea bacteria but i was not out of the woods yet as they had to go for conformation. i have had no symptoms apart from leaking after i urinate but since drugs were given to treat both gnorrhea and chlymidia this has carried on the wetting that is . my question is what are my chances of my results coming back positive for an std he also looked at my penis and checked for other std infections please help a very worried married man

Welcome to the Forum.  By oral sex I presume that you mean that you received oral sex.  There are few STDs that one would get from receipt of oral sex and of those which occur,  most do cause symptoms when they occur.  Most people exposed to infected partners still do  not get infected, thus your overall risk, even before testing was quite low.

Had you gotten infected without symptoms, the microscope test will detect the vast majority of infections that are present but there are a very small chance that if an infection was present it might have been missed. the final word will be the laboratory tests.

I hope this comment is helpful to you. EWH
