oral sex

Hi, I am 35 years old. In last April,I had oral sex with condom (first was one , then she add an other condom on it) with sex worker who I did not recognize her, also, I put my penis between of her legs from back side (did not have vaginal or anal sex). During the oral sex, she suck my penis and licked my legs and testicles by her tongue. Moreover, before the sex I shaved the area as well as my testicles. Now , appear some skin disease in the area that she is licked (I see them after 8 Weeks, so I do not know when they appear exactly). the spot is is 10 to 12 with different size from 2 cm and less and more. they do not have any Itching, burning or pain. During the last week, I was using some anti-fungal, and Anti-biotics creme medicine, but they did not have any effect and they extended. I am really worry about HIV because I read some text in the internet that may transmit the infection from blood in her mouth (due to brushing or many other reasons) to any cut in my testicles or legs (due to shaving before sex). Hence, please let me know whether I have been infected through the situation or not (how much is the risk ?), and also please help me to know that whether or not the patches are any symptom of STDs.
Finally, please let me know what is your prescription.
Actually, I am very worry because with the skin disease, I also get a little Sore throat, some times fever and Headache as well as swollen glands in the throat and weight loss . Please let me know is it Symptoms of HIV or any STDs ?

I am looking forward for your response.

Thank you

Welcome to our Forum. I agree with the comments you have already received from our STD Community site- the exposures you describe are safe sex with no risk at all for HIV or other STIs.  The risk for STI from receipt of oral sex is lower than the risk from genital sex.  Your oral sex was condom protected and therefore no risk and you did not penetrate your partner during genital contact- thus there is no reason to be concerned.  Sometimes clients experience rashes in areas after shaving due to minor skin infections which clear up with washing with soap and water.  Whatever this is however, I would not be at all worried about STI, including HIV

I hope this comment is helpful. EWH

Hi again, Thank you for your advice. I have one more question and i hope be last one. I read some text in internet about the HSV 1 and 2 that have some similar symptom which are happen for me. As far as I understand HSV can transfer even by using condom trough licking and kissing. As I mentioned before, she suck my penis and licked my legs and testicles by her tongue and the rash appear in the exact place that she licked. Hence, please let me know whether or not the rash can be HSV ?
In conclusion, am I suspect to any Sexual Disease?

I really appreciate for your kind answering and cooperation.

No change in my assessment or advice.  I see no need for testing of any sort.  Testing however is a personal choice and you are free to test of you want to.  If you do, I am confident that tests will be negative.  EWH
