You're wearing out your welcome. I tolerated two long, anxiety-driven threads, one each on this and the HIV/safe sex forum. These forums are not a substitute for seeing a health care provider. Do not post any more comments or questions; I will have no more replies.

Me and my wife had sex this morning and i wore a condom with a vibrating cockring -----the condom was kinda slipping off at the end----I noticed afterword the lesion was irrated and there was blood kinda lying in it at one end ----i had read on the quickfacts that herpes rarely if ever bleed ----also since i had worn condoms a few times after my encounter at the spa do oyou think its possible this is wear this has occured in the first place?also i had never noticed this as being a bump or small sore in the first place ----im sorry but this is really bugging me out
Super-basic questions again. Asymptomatic means the infected person notices nothing wrong. HSV-1 and HSV-2 are separate viruses and one cannot turn into the other.
Re-read paragraph 2 of my initial reply and follow that advice.

I should have added that since your wife has oral herpes, if you have genital herpes, it's likely you caught it from her by oral sex.
Also, from recognizing your username, I think you have posted a question on this forum in the past. Note the forum rules: No further questions for at least 6 months.

Herpes indeed is the most common overall cause of genital abrasion-like lesions, but not the only cause--and from your description, yours sounds more likely to be traumatic. In any case, if it is herpes, you didn't catch it during the oral sex event at the spa; no STD can appear in 20 minutes, and herpes always takes at least 2 days to show up. So if you have herpes, you have had it all along. In that case, it's probably an HSV-2 infection, not HSV-1. But most likely you don't have it anyway. Your other symptoms don't suggest herpes.
Most of your questions are very basic and covered in lots of easily available sources. Read the herpes article in the link STD Quick Facts and Articles at the top of this forum; or the CDC information (www.cdc.gov/std). You can also search the threads and archives on this forum. Herpes does not travel from mouth to genitals or vice versa. Your wife is immune to a second HSV-1 infection.
See an STD-knowledgeable health care provider for further advice; your local health department STD clinic would be a good starting place, or a dermatologist. You can have a blood test to see if you are infected with HSV-1, HSV-2, both, or neither.
Finally, you were not at all at risk for HIV from the exposure you describe.
Good luck-- HHH, MD
