rough dry humping and friction burns - STDs

Hi,

Another strip-club story, sorry but I could not find a response to my specific situation anywhere else, and I am quite worried. Here are all the relevant details of what happened:

I went to a strip-club, the stripper brought me to a private room for 20 min during which she got very enthusiastic. She started to dry-hump me in a very very rough way, she got very wet, and kept going for 10-15 min.
I could feel that it hurt but did not stop her.
I kept my underwear and jean's the whole time. She kept her panties.
When I got back home 1h later, I had 3 ugly friction burns on the head of my penis (very raw) and my jean's and underwear were quite wet (I did not ejaculate, the wet came from her).

I know that dry-humping is considered as pretty safe, but I am worried that the friction burns could have been a point of entry for STDs (HIV, Hepatitis B (not vaccinated), Gonorrea or Chlamidya). I have read that any lesions could increase the chances of getting any STDs. Again, we rubbed against each other for more than 10 minutes, very roughly, and my underwear was really wet.

Thanks so much in advance for your help, and for all that you do to help people here!

Thanks so much Doctor for your comment! It's very reassuring!
This happened 2 days ago, I should wait for at least 4 weeks for HIV and Hepatitis B, right?
And in 3-5 days, gonorrhea and chlamydia, correct?

Thanks a lot again for your help!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Welcome to the forum.

Nobody has ever been known to acquire any STD through clothing, even in the circumstances you describe.  I cannot say the risk is zero, but it remains extremely low, and probably zero, even with the abrasions.  if you remain concerned, see a doctor or clinic in a few days for examination and STD testing. But I'm confident you aren't at risk.

Best wishes-- HHH, MD
