are you saying that it's rare to get herpes from one cunilingus episode??
Welcome to our forum.. Without the chance to examine the cluster you mention it is difficult to tell you what they might be. I would suggest you see your dermatologist colleague and ask.
At the same time, I do have some comments which may be helpful to you. Canker sores and herpes are often confused with one another. HSV lesions however tend to occur on the lips which canker sores tend to occur on the inside of the mouth, along the cheeks and gums. HPV rarely occurs on the lips and would not appear as quickly as overnight which I believe is how quickly the lesions you mention appeared.
For a theoretical perspective it is possible to acquire herpes from performing cunnilingus on an infected partner . This is more likely if lesions are present but can happen even if the absence of lesions. In both situations however it is uncommon. If this were to happen, the lesions would not appear until 4-10 days following exposure so your exposure last night did not give you herpes- of this you can be confident As I said before, the way to settle this is to have a professional take a look. Please let me know what they say. EWH
