As I said, I do not know what this is. It is not an STD- your tests prove this.

Ok thanks for the response but do you have any ideas as to what this could be? It is not because I had someone examine me I actually feel a burn/ sting and discomfort in the lower region. Are you saying that by having someone examine me I brought upon anxiety symptoms? That could contribute to it but something is actually irritating that region and I was wondering more along the lines of what it could be...and if this stuff normally happens to young men im 24 yrs old.
With negative tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia, as well as repeated examinations by your doctor an no improvement with therapy for gonorrhea and chlamydia, you should be confident that you did not get STDs from the two encounters you mention. Sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned. This in turn leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times. In addition, particularly with the skin on the scrotum and testicles, repeated scratching and rubbing can cause itching and discomfort. Perhaps this is a contributor to your situation.
Cranberry juice sometimes helps with the discomfort of urination, no matter what the cause in addition, it will not hurt you. A medication called pyridium which is not an antibiotic is also sometimes helpful to reduce urethral discomfort.
Whatever the cause,. you can be sure that you o not have an STD based on the information you have provide. EWH
