tiny itchy feeling in urethra: mental effect or symptom.

In 2010 in my born country. I had a protected sexual activity with 3 girls at the beginning of 2010. Since then, my foreskin sometimes get inflammation , like erosion and secretion of transparency liquid, or sometimes itchy, but never get painful feeling, never any discharge from urethra, etc. I only tested HIV, the result is always negatives. I did not test any STD in 2010, because nothings seems serious to me at the time. At the end of 2010, I met my current wife in my country, accidentally, she is in pregnancy for me in December 2010, and the baby is very healthy today.
From December 2010 to March 2011, all symptom on foreskin never happen again. Then in Mars 2011, I masturbate my penis one time, then the symptom on the foreskin set off, and it did not disappear. Unfortunately, I decided to see a doctor in a private cheating clinic specialized in male urology in my city. I learned later on these private clinics are cheater, their only aim is to charge cheat the patient in order to earn as much money as possible(these illegal practice is the reality in my country).  Based on their cheating behavior, these clinics can afford to spend huge money in publicizing to attract more patients. I went to one of the clinic in April 2011, the doctor then took a swab to get some fluid from my urethra tract in order to test Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, also mandated me to have continual treatment in the clinic. I refused to follow that, he seems get mad. Three days after, I called this doctor to know the result of my test, he said: it is positive for Ureaplasma urealyticum, I should come back and get treatment in the clinic, and my wife in pregnancy could get abortion, etc..in order to scare me. I felt it is a scam, after the call, I immediately went to the clinic in a rush, and ask him give me back the laboratory sheet, he understood I was really angry, and gave me the result of Ureaplasma urealyticum which is negative on the laboratory sheet.
After that, in May 2011, I went to a reliable public hospital in my born city to have circumcision, after the circumcision, the symptom on the foreskin does not happened anymore. But I feel some mild itchy in the zone of urethra tract or penis sometimes during the day. It occur maybe more often when I was stressful. I do not know whether it is just mental effect causing this feeling due to the cheating experience, or it is really some malady. I get test for Herps, HIV, Gonorrhea and Syphilis in France (moving to France since September 2011) in September 2011, and the results are all negative, I also did biopsy for foreskin, it is no problem. Just mild itchy feeling, no discharge, no painful feeling, or others anomalies.
About 2 weeks ago, I had Ureaplasma urealyticum urine test whch is 10.6, so the French doctor gave me doxycycline for 2 weeks doses. The Chlamydia test is negative.  The leukocytes is 10.000/ml, the hematies is less than 1000 ml. But I still had the mild feeling of itchy for the top part of penis. Two days ago, when I pissed, I noticed some transparent(or light shade white?) liquide very viscous come from the gland. Maybe it is drug effect to expel the bacteria.
My question are:
Since I always put condom for my sexual activity, with the exception of my wife, but I trust my wife and she never had unprotected sexual activity with others. Is it possible the cheating doctor of the clinic can infect me with an infected swab? I mean technically is it possible or not since perhaps some bacteria cannot survive outside the host? Is it possible he can put some malady inside my urethra to cause the mild itchy feeling?
Secondly, is my feeling of mild itchy at the top of gland or urethra tract caused by my obsession from the scare or some others malady? After I concentrate on something, like studying etc, this feeling of itchy can occur easily. Besides, I do have very stressful life because I was enrolled in a PHD study.
Thirdly, in case you have doubt about any malady for me, do I still need do some extra test? Thank you!

Welcome to the forum.  This is a very long question and I'm not sure I have absorbed it all.  The software is supposed to permit initial questions of no more than 2,000 characters (about 400 words); yours is double that length.

My first thought is that such complex situations like yours, when someone has seen a number of health care providers and has had many lab tests and repetated treatment, rarely can be resolved through this or any online forum or internet searching.  Your problem isn't likely to be sorted out except through direct care by a knowledgeable health professional.

Here are some thoughts in response to various comments you make your specific questions.

You had low risk sexual exposures, since they were condom protected.  Almost certainly you did not acquire any urethral infection from those events.  Any and all symptoms you have had, and any positive lab tests, did not come from those events.

Your current symptoms are not typical for any STD.  Following urethral inflammation of any cause -- gonorrhea, chlamydia, sexually acquired nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) -- persistent symptoms can occur without meaning any active infection.  Whatever the original cause of the problem, given the antibiotics you have had, no STD is a likely cause of symptoms like yours.

Ureaplasma urealyticum is not abnomral.  It is often present in the genital tract but usually not associated with any disease and generally doesn't require treatment.  We never test for it in my clinic, because the results are not helpful, whether positive or negative.  Your positive test result probably had nothing to do with any of your symptoms.

To the specific questions:

1) I am certain no infection was introduced into your urethra by your doctors.  No doctor would ever try to do that.  (What in heaven's name would be the purpose?)  This is irrational thinking on your part.

2) Whenever a person suggests his or her own symptoms have an emotional or psychological origin, usually s/he is correct.  This sounds like a strong possibility, i.e. the physical manifestations of anxiety and your obsession about all this.

3) For all these reasons, my advice is that you have no further tests, take no additional antibiotics of any kind, and that you just live with the continuing mild symptoms.  No harm will come either to you or your wife.  Once you come to understand and believe that, I suspect your symptoms will improve.

Best wishes--  HHH, MD

Irrelevant.  We all have yeasts in our skin and various body openings from time to time; a test from your urethra (or your anus, mouth, nose, or just the surface of your skin) could be positive at any time.  A positive test for yeast in your urethra would not mean it was responsible for any symtpoms you had at the time.  We never test for it in my STD clinic.

Sorry again, it is just you did not answer my third question concerning whether I should do the yeast test or not since I never did a yeast test for my urethra, and I did not know whether it is possible to test it...Maybe it is too late to ask again this question now. Anyway, thanks for your attention.

Like many European physicians (unlike most of North America), your French doctor misunderstands UU.  Some strains appear to cause some NGU infections, but most do not; and the organism has no other known health effects. Even untreated NGU rarely if ever leads to complications in either affected men or their sex partners.

Profit motive might influence tests ordered and frequency of return visits, but I very much doubt any doctors in China or anywhere else intentionally infect or otherwise injure patients.

1) I read everything; I don't think I missed any important information.

2) I understood this.  It makes no difference in my opinion or advice.

3) You could not have acquired Trichomonas through condom protected sex; and it is not a likely cause of symptoms like yours.  I see no need to test for it.

Stop worrying about your persisting minor symptoms and try to move on with your life.  Everything is fine.  I won't have any more comments or advice, so that will end this thread.

Doctor  Hunter Handsfield, thank you very much for your insightful answer!  I followed a lot of you and doctor W Hook diagnosis on this website, you and Doctor W Hook are the person who are the most knowledgeable doctor in this field in my view.  Even French doctor told me UU is a STD and need to be treated immediately, otherwise it can cause some terrible outcomes in the future. That is why after I visited the Chinese doctor in China or French doctor in France, I still do not have 100% confidence in their medical knowledge and diagnosis.
BTW, the doctor in my born country(China) might have incentive to infect the patient, because their salary are linked to the drug prescribed, treatment given to patient etc, so in the private clinic, it is the nightmare. I also watched a video which is a investigation from a journalist to reveal the cheating practice of these private clinics, the extent to which these daring cheating practice from these clinic is beyond my imagination.
Anyway, I had three last question related to my initial post:
1.I feel very sorry to surpass the maximum length permitted, I just did not know how to make long history short, but could you see my whole text or not, before making the comments?
2:if my initial exposure to the 3 girls are all prostitutes but all protected sexual activity, do you change your opinion?
3: Do I need test for un trichomonas protozoaires or yeast infection for urethra ? since I never did that before.
Thank you very much, and your answer to my question was truly helpful for my life.
