Hi There, Thanks a lot for your response. But i didnot use to have those white dots (spherical dots) kinds there. I think they have recently occurred there. I will go to the STD clinic and get myself and my girlfriend testes. Thanks.
Your description doesn't sound alarming--doesn't sound like herpes, syphilis, warts, or other STD. Pearly penile papules are a normal anatomic variant of many men's penises--although I can't tell if that's what you have.
I gather you are a young person, perhaps still in school. In that case, you and your girlfriend need to have routine STD tests periodically (although your own risk is low, since you apparently haven't had unprotected vaginal sex). See a health care provider; your best bet may be your local public health department STD clinic, where expert care will be available at low (or no) cost by people who will be senstive to the personal issues you may be experiencing, privacy, etc.
Good luck-- HHH, MD
