unkown viral infection

32 years old male, no health problem before this case.
I had one time sex with a girl from Africa(Rwanda I think) and condom fail (so we need to view this as unprotected sex).Came back home and started to take PEP. I only took it for 11 days. This is what happened to me since:

1.About 15-20 hours after sex started to have some strange dry cough and herpes outbreak bellow my eye.
2.Day 39,  had a severe illness. Never had something like that before.
I had severe sore throat(3 weeks), severe night sweats (1 week), low fever, my skin was very hot. Antibiotics didn’t help. Doctor said it could be some viral infection.
Blood tests came back ok but had a decline in lymphocytes (# & %).
24.7%(day 39), 26.7% (day 61), 30.5% (day 170) , past result are  34.2\1
#1.72(day 39), 1.98(day 61), 2.39(day 170), past result are 2.83,2.48

3.Since this illness I didn’t have a good day, now at 230 days later.  This are the symptoms I suffer for the last six month now:

a. white tongue( candida) ( took – orlaten, daktarin, duflacen – still have it(5 month now))
b. herpes  outside my mouth (4 month – medication not helping).
c. Mild rash on my hands (palm), my hands are burning sometimes!!.
d. Dry mouth during sleeping.
e. Red eyes – had some infections. Also have some yellow in my eyes.
f. Feel pain under my armpit and in the middle of my Stomach.
g. Abnormal fatigue.

Medical tests: 3 Elisa antibody tests negative (last one at day 170). Hiv-1 rna pcr test negative at day 190.

Negative also for all other diseases: EBV, CMV, HCV and more.

for the last past month i can see something in me left eye that looks like a virus. i can see it in front of me (it's moving). please take a look at a drowing of what i see :

My personal doctor also sent me to psychiatrist which stated that my syptomes are real and we should continue investigate physical issues.

Please advice

Thank you again for your comments.
i will write the solution once i figure it out (if... )

no need to comment on this but when i say that i can see this thing i mean that i can see it "hovering" in front of me, mostly on short  vision, only in my left eye. (of course i cannot see it when i look in my eye in front of a mirror)

Just a couple of points of clarification- viruses cannot be seen, thus this is not a virus.  What you are seeing is not a virus.  Second, there are parasites which persons can get and sometimes are seen moving within the eye. The best person to discuss this is an expert in tropical an travel medicine (which I am not).

I will have nothing more to add to this but would be grateful if you woul let us know in a follow-up post what the tropical medicine specialist says.   EWH

Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
1. I know its not HIV.

2. I'm pretty sure that i got something from the situation described above.
i was in china - but was only in the city (so no tropical thing)

3. I think the real clue here is that i can see the "thing" that causing all the problem. (believe it or not, i was afraid to tell it to my eye doctor, i didnt want to sound crazy, but he told me that things like that can occuer.)

The thing im my eye looks like a virus.i can see it moving (more jumping) especially on a short vision. (looking at computer screen for example).

i am still trying to figure out this issue with doctors at my country but will appreciate any kind of help here. maybe some clue\direction.

Thank you again for your help.

Welcome to the Forum.   I will limit my comments to HIV and other STDs- you do not have HIV, neither HIV-1 or HIV-2 .  If you did, the tests you describe would have detected it.  There may be some other illness that you but is not HIV and there are no STDs which your symptoms bring to mind.  My advice would be to discuss your problems with your personal doctor or perhaps a tropical medicine specialist if you have acquired this illness which traveling.  EWH
