unprotected oral sex

Hello.
I had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker on the 4th of October. It was on 18th October that I started having a strange sensation(itchiness, pain)on the right side of my penis. I went to a doc on 30th of Oct and he prescribed terbiforce cream and bixigard tab for 10 days. Even after that the sensation didn't go. Also it increased everytime I rode my bike. I masturbated a few days back and felt a lot of pain on the following 3 days. The pain has subsided now but the itching and discomfort still remains. I can see a trail of minute white dots with a reddish background on the foreskin(when I pull it backwards), right side(just near the junction of the foreskin and glans) and that is the origin of the itching and discomfort. I have also had my blood and urine test done on 15th nov and the results are negative for any std or sti. Is it enough time for it to get detected? what are those dots? There are also 3 distinct dots on the glans and few more on the left side of the foreskin. There are also some brownish dots on the mid region of the foreskin.
please help me out.

I have this tingling pain and sensation that hasn't gone since a month.s time. What could be the possible reason for the same? Tests are negative for everything.

The doctor examined me today and said it's nothing but suspected it to be a minor infection. He prescribed althrocin tab and betnovate cream for local application for 5 days. I have submitted my blood for Hsv 1 and 2 and HIV aids examination by pcr method. Will be getting the results by Saturday. The pain and discomfort seems lesser but comes back now and then. It however takes a toll when I travel by bus or bike. Please comment.

Have an exam done, not just testing.

I had tested for blood and urine and the results were negative. It has been 45 days since the initial symptoms had appeared and they haven't gone till date. I have this pain and irritation that comes and goes away. The small white dots haven't disappeared and that remains as the origin of the discomfort  and itchy feeling. Though the intensity has reduced but it's presence is getting onmy nerves. What are those dots? Are they an indication of herpes or genital warts? The dotted area does remain lightly moist sometimes, specially after urination. Had it been a fungal infection, shouldn't it have gone within a months time after local application of the anti fungal ointment terbiforce? The white dots are on my foreskin, just near the glans. Doctor please suggest me a way out. I am going to see the doctor tomorrow and have a full array of std testing done. Will post the results.

Not much else to say, Dr is the only one to give you a diagnosis. Test for some STD's if you wish but your risk was low.

I also have a coarse, dry foreskin just above the penis tip. Could this be something else?

Hi sounds like a male yeast infection or balantis. Comes from a change in your skins ph from the oral sex. If your concerned see a doctor but most topical infections are fungal.
