As I said in response to your earlier question on the HIV forum, NGU can be acquired by oral sex and it seems to have happened to you. You can be pretty certain your gonorrhea and chlamydia tests will be negative. Gonorrhea usually would cause prominent pus-like discharge within 3-4 days of catching it; as I recall, your symptoms were more subtle. Chlamydia is rare in people's throats and therefore rarely if ever acquired by oral sex. NGU from oral sex probably is often due to bacteria that are entirely normal in someone's mouth, but cause inflammation in the urethra. As I said in the other forum, HIV has never been proved to acquired by receiving oral sex, with or without NGU.
Just follow your doctor's advice about NGU treatment. You really don't need to be worried about HIV from this event. But you had better be tested for it; undoubtedly my reassurance won't make any difference and you're going to need the negative test to be convinced you don't have it.
That's all I have to say. Let's not continue an ongoing discussion.

Ok thank doc I will go test myself, how long should I wait to test for Hiv to be comfortable with the results?
4-6 weeks. Search the HIV forum for "time to positive HIV test" for innumerable discussions.
