worried about STD again

Hi doctor, I had unprotected vaginal sex 6 days ago with the same female that I posted about in June.  She has told me that she had a recent screening for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV which were negative but has not been tested for herpes yet.  I had myself tested again for herpes about 3 weeks ago which were negative for both HSV 1 and 2.  For the last 2 days or so, I have been having very mild fever/chills/headache/malaise, and this morning I noticed some mild burning sensation on my penis and I noticed a small cut at the base of my penis with very minimal oozing of blood that stopped.  There's also some patches of discoloration around the area as well. Are these symptoms anything to be worried about w/ respect to STDs? I'm sorry I realize I'm very OCD about this, but I know my body and I definitely "feel" different and getting very anxious again. Thank you

Not sure what your point is here.  You had sex again and now are worried again.  Your risk is no greater than it was before and probably lower since you know you were not infected with your last encounter with this person. EWH
