Shaking Problems?

I had a Stroke 30yrs. ago and after 5-10yrs. I began with a slight shaking in my left hand, the one side that was paralyzed. It has increased over the years to the point that I can't use this hand at all. I have brought it to the attention of my doctor and she tried to say it was because I didn't use my muscles to exercise more.:( Well I just recently had surgery on my left shoulder because of a fall and now forcing the right arm to do everything, it is starting to slightly shake when I write too much. I can't work because of this. I am really sad with this.

Hey countrygal55,
Welcome to the forum.
Are you perhaps on statins?
Please list more medical backround details.
Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Hello,

I am so sorry you are going through this. Has this doctor followed up with any additional MRI's? or testing?

Is this doc a doctor that has been following you all along? I am wondering with a hx. of having a stroke that maybe these things should be looked at more, even without the hx. of a stroke I woould want them investigated.
