thanks for the responses and for the updates on what's going on with everyone.  i get to wondering when we don't hear from folks for a while.

theasian:  best of luck with your studies.  i can imagine it is incredibly difficult to manage all of that with what you are dealing with physically, but stay cool and next thing you know, this will all be behind you.

houseofallboys:  yes, do try to get into the facility with the 3T machine.  i have also heard that the images on those scanners pick up things the 1.5T machines do not.  how do the oral steroids compare with the IV as far as jitters etc. are concerned?

take good care everyone!

Afternoon,
Doing well today, thanks seem to have my good days and bad days I think we all go through that ....happy for my good days.

I'm still on steroids for the time being my Neuro put me back on 96 day dose a few weeks ago still trying to get use to the side effects but seem to be helping some of  my old symptoms but have had a lot of new symptoms since my last visit. Will not complain to much I was on a 5 day iv dose of Soul/Med and I was up for 48hrs straight I felt like I was superwomen on speed..lol

I'm just kind of at a lost at the moment but hopefully will get some answers sooner then later.

My Neuro is not ruling out post virul and not ruling out MS at the moment so hanging in limbo land at the moment.

My neuro might do additional testing if I'm still not better by next month so we will see what happens....

I have had MRI of the spine a while back but I'm thinking I might see if I can get another one if she wants to do additional testing. Since my last visit I feel like I have a lot more  Spine related problems....bouncing feet, buzzing in my feet, pulsing in my calves and lot of twitching  in lower body....

If she thinks its a good idea I'm going to see if I can get into the Scott and White facility in Temple TX they have 3T MRI and I have heard and read that is best way to get clear picture of the spine .

I hope all is well with you,

Houseofallboys

you read my mind, i also thought that it was pretty quiet here lately. i was actually gonna just say hi to everyone but you beat me to it ;)
we're dying of heat here in south africa already and it's only spring! i don't want to imagine what it's gonna be like in the summer.
otherwise i'm still jerking away as usual and don't forget the studying part either. i'm so looking forward to the time where i can throw my books into a bonfire, lol, but that's still at least another year away so for now i'll just keep my head down and carry on.
hope you guys are all doing well
