Hi jibjen
I used to get that 20 odd years ago when I had ME/CFS. It took about 4or 5 years to recover from. I still have a patch above my knee that goes into spasm and aches in the same way when I am very tired nowadays.

Hi Theresa,
I am okay..(still i my jammies at 4:27 p.m.) I really love relaxing in my tub and steamer...It's a bummer..I do not know if what happened last time was just a coincidence or not but I don't want to find out ;o)
I am going to have dinner and go back to bed early....(again)
How are you doing? Are you feeling better? Did you call your doctor at all?
Talk to you soon.
Be well
Jenny
Hi Jenny,
It sounds like your doing a bit better. :-)
Jammies and chillin sounds like a plan...lol
You are right in staying away from the hot shower. It will make you feel worse...I really miss them ,I have not had a hot shower since last March....
Take care Theresa
thanks guys.....I took some time off and I am jusst chilling..Maria you have a point about my doc.I am getting anxious about my appt...i wish it were yesterday so I could show him and explain everything right now as it is..i am staying in my jammies and just chillin. no housework..nothing..i thought about a nice hot steam shower to relax but after what happen last time..i guess that's a NO

Jenny
I KNEW I was sick Jen when I started to fall asleep at my desk at 3pm. 3pm is my time for the old battery to wind down even now. By 6pm especially after my evening meal I am even more knackered and tired and in bed by 7pm.
This weekend just chill out. The housework can wait. Big hugs Mariaxxx
i just wanted to say i'm sorry you're having a hard time. i know it is so discouraging when you've had a string of good days and then face yet another flare up.
take good care and rest up~

Thanks guys...... just got home from work and already in my jammies...gonna go to bed early (again)...Fatigue isn't the word for this..I thought I was gonna fall asleep at my desk today...LOL..That would have been nice hey..
hugs and kisses
Jenny
Poor thing...
Sounds like the combo of your period and overdoing it made you sort of have a flare up. I was going thru the same thing with my burning and fatigue. Like Maria said you need to rest and take it easy. Unfortunatly fatigue comes with the territory...
Take Care, Theresa
Hi Jibjen you have fatiqued yourself. Over time I find I can do less and less before this happens to me.
You need to rest up a bit if you can for a few days. Work yes, but don't do extra stuff.
This is the fatigue that effects your nervous system. This form of fatigue is common in a few illnesses which involve the nervous system like ME/MS/FIBRO/Lupus.
You could also be carrying a mild virus because it could be a warning you are going to come down with something ok.
So rest if you can I know it isnt easy.
Hugs Mariaxxx
