Prayers

Hi all!  I don't normally do this but I would like to request some prayers.  Not for me but for a family I know.  I can't give too much info due to legal issues, but it involves 2 young children.  Their mom is abusing them, not physically but emotionally and psychologically.  Please pray that God will have his hand in this situation and that the courts will  give the dad custody of these poor children and that the mother receives some help!  The dad is a wonderful man and is engaged to a wonderful woman and all they want is to take these children and love them and get them help.

Thank you all for this!!!  There is strength in prayer in numbers!!!

I am definitely sending prayers for these kids! I am so glad to hear that at least these kids have a safe, loving parent and home to go to. I hope the courts make a good decision this time and do what is best for the kids.

I'm sure Jibs sees a lot of kids in bad situations like this and not even one responsible parent and poor court decisions. It must be heartbreaking to see so much of this!

Niko, sorry to hear about your mom. This is so much loss for your family in such a short period of time. I hope you and your dad can get each other through this time of change. I'm glad that you have such strong faith and spirituality to help you through this.

Hi Sarah,

You have my prayers for these children, abuse is abuse wther, physical, emotional or psychological. I work for Foster Care agency and see it everyday...

It is horrible

            An overview

"How can I be alone when God always goes with me? How can I be doubtful and unsure of myself when perfect certainty abides in Him? We must pray for the children, the dad and the mother as well.
Let no fear, judgement, hatred enter our hearts, as this mother
must be forgiven for any wrong doing, as forgiveness will set US
free, so our prayers will be heard, our thoughts and love will
manifest and attract all they need and desire for the best outcome.

As my mom passed away this morning, would you be kind enough to include my family, back in Greece, in your prayers?
My dad surely can use it, as he already lost his son (my younger brother)
earlier this year.

Oh Sarah,
You know you can count me in on this.I do believe there is power in prayer.  Where two or three are gathered in the Lord's name he is there!

I will be praying for the children to be put in their dad's custody and that they will be safe,secure,and happy with him and I'll be praying for help and healing in the mother's life.
Psalm145;18 The Lord is near to all who call upon him. He hears us!:)
I know the Lord will protect those children until they are safe w/their dad.
