Morning Tracy from wet and raining UK.

I will mull over your post and come back a bit later. I am suffering a bad attack of shingles at the moment and a bit poopy lol so not much energy.

Can you tell me though if you could you mention HEAVY EXERCISE in what form?

Ta chuck. Dont worry you will be well cared for here, the girls and boys are just so caring. I would not be here now if it wasnt for you all who keep me grounded lol.

I can tell you with all the experiences our members have some are more knowledgeable then doctors and health care providers and thats a fact as everyone specialises in their own field of interest. Take a bow to all of them niko, ricardo, sidesteps, sarah, val, jibby, and so many others. xxxx

Big hugs. Mama bear.xxx

Welcome to the forum. I am now going on 7 months in Limboland. This forum has been so great for support and trying to be patient through this slow process is so much easier when we hear so many people going through the same thing,

It is a scary place to be and in the last few months several members have gotten their Dx and it is so easy to empathize with them that it somehow feels like SOME progress does actually occur in Limboland. At least for me, that makes it easier to be hopeful that the rest of us will eventually get answers, too.

That is a very funny coincidence with your names/ages/State. :)

Welcome to Limboland -  I too was here what seems like an eternity now but it was 10 months ago,  I have since received my dx but still stop here every day.  This forum is the best and you will always find someone here to help even if it's just to say you are not alone!~  And you are not.  While family and friends are the basis of your support system the people you meet here truly know what you are going through and can lend an ear,

Sorry you are here but know you are among friends

I forgot to also  tell you that Maria the founder of this forum and some other very helpful members  will be along to welcome you.

We have members from all over the world and some are at work etc. so they come along at different times. So, don't be discouraged if it takes alittle while to get replies.:)

Many blessings,
Tammy:)

Welcome Tracy,
Limbo land is not fun but at least here you will find encouragement and friends until getting dx'd and even then some that get dx cont' to come back and encourage us..
I'm in limbo myself(poss.MS) but I have found alot of good advice, encouragement and have been blessed with friends here.

If you want, when ready, please share some more of what you are going thru. This is also a great place to vent and to ask for prayer.
We're all going thru this together.:)

Once again, WELCOME!

I wish for you a blessed day and I pray the Lord will bless you with answers soon.:)
Many blessings,
Tammy:)
