can't cross fingers, how about knock on wood?

I just read a post in here and for some reason when I read "fingers crossed" I put up my hands to cross my fingers.

Not too much problem on my right hand, but to my surprise not even close on my left hand! I knew I had lost some feeling, strength, and coordination in my left hand, I guess I should have realised I'd lost dexterity too.

It's no big deal, I can live without the ability to cross my fingers, it's just funny the way we discover these things.

I guess I'll never be able to play the piano........... Darn...I always wanted to play the piano.....

I have noticed that I can no longer do the split finger  Vulcan Live Long and Prosper sign with my left hand...Its weird the things that this whatever the heck we have takes away....

what an interesting observation, mike.

again, so many little things are impacted due to our respective ailments.  thank goodness we can all still knock on wood at this point.
