5 year old

My 5 year old has always gotten in trouble since he was in daycare. When he was younger he woukd hit kids. He doesnt listen at all. He seen a occupational therapist at 3 and the dr told me he would grow out of it. He is 5 and in KG now and hasnt grown out of it. He is intelligent and smart in class but will not sit still and tries to play with anyone and anything. He was a colicky baby if that helps. I have tried rewards, time outs and nothing works. It works only one time and then he doesnt care for it. He does get sad if i reward his siblings but not enough for him to go to school next day and listen and not disrupt his class.
