Age and management of sexual life

Sir i am 36 years old male. As i am used to have maturation since 16 years of age.
I feel that i should not have started this as early as i have done.
I still remember that time ejeculation was more forceful, more rich .
Now it is half of all parameters,

1.My real worry is that i am going to get married in future so does this has any impact on sex life and role in child planning.

2.Does this is because of less storage of "semen" or muscle loosening due to continuous masturbating process.

3. Does semen requires fair bit of time (how much time?) to restore to its full amount?

4. I have met a doctor and he has given some pills and i found that it helped me a lot from last three years.

5. Doing it in a week if fair relative to my age.

6. Previously i was able to do 3-4 times a day but from last 6-7 years i do not feel it to have more then once a while. Does the work pressure and life style, tension has some role to play in it.

7. My last worry is for married sexual life which is due in 6 months , so should i stop doing maturation , worry is how to train my mind to distract it from such unmatchable feeling.

I understand that you mean masturbation when you write maturation. Masturbation is the word  when mam/ woman do self pleasure. Masturbation is a natural habit. it does not harm irreversibly. There are many websites which give tips on sex.One can learn from there and from reading other outlets. wish you best of luck  on upcoming marriage..
