Anal sex can be very dangerous!! If your bowel should be perforated you could
DIE!!
It can expose you to two principal dangers: infections due to the high number of infectious microorganisms not found elsewhere on the body, and physical damage to the anus and the rectum due to their fragility.
A tear can provide an entry for pathogens!
Anal sex can expose you to human papilloma virus (which can increase risk for anal cancer and typhoid fever), amoebiasis; chlamydia; cryptosporidiosis; E. coli infections; giardiasis; gonorrhea; hepatitis A; hepatitis B; hepatitis C; herpes simplex; Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (HHV-8) lymphogranuloma venereum; Mycoplasma hominis; Mycoplasma genitalium; pubic lice; salmonellosis; shigella; syphilis; tuberculosis; and Ureaplasma urealyticum.
How about Anal cancer! Most cases of anal cancer are related to infection with the human papilloma virus. Must I tell you more?
Don't do it!!
Thanks, I am going to try that.
Personally I would have him experience it first. It can hurt when its done wrong which id very doubtful if he has been there and done that. Check online for a good strapon harness, get some non silicone lube and tell him to put his butt up in the air. ;-)
Hello! I hope this will help you! Anal sex can be quite pleasurable for both of you if done right! First and foremost it is best to take it very slow! Have your fiancé start with a well lubed finger and slowly rub on the outside of your anus. It's very important that you be relaxed and comfortable! It'll just make it worse if you're clenched and tensed up.
After a fair amount of rubbing, have him SLOWLY insert a finger. Remember to breathe and try to relax. If at any point you become uncomfortable or pain starts, don't hesitate to stop! If all goes well though, next have him slowly do the same with his penis. Have him lube himself and you and start with just the tip. It's very important at this point to go SLOW! I know I sound like a broken record, but it'll make the process much easier! Make this experience about you and not him. Set the proper mood, dim lights and candles.
