Bacterial/STD/Yeast Infection?

Hi there,

I desperately need some advice, before Christmas I had unprotected sex with a girl, which even at that time I noticed on her a strong unpleasant odour coming from down there, however, being after a long shift (worked at a bar) and after some drinks I still went ahead.

Since then, I have now noticed that I have a strong unpleasant odour which I've never had before. I know it's no coincidence, but there are no other symptoms.

I aim to go to the clinic asap; once my health insurance checks out.

On a side note: I pray it's merely paranoia but I've noticed some difficulty with maintaining strong erections as before.

From trawling through the internet it seems to be bacterial or yeast infection (but im no expert). I have bought some over the counter ''Miconazole'' cream which i've tried using. It definitely makes a difference with the odour but as soon as I don't use it for a day the smell comes back..

Just wanted something to stop my mind going crazy at the thought of what it could be!

Thanks in advance

I'm not sure where you're staying but can you find out if they have a clinic you can go to? Most of them will change very little to nothing depending on your income.

A man can get both of these from a woman. Over the counter meds can sometimes relieve the symptoms but you really need to get in to the Dr.
Do you have a family Dr? If so, ask about a discount because you have no insurance.
Also, I highly recommend always using a condom. If you do have either of these, a yeast and or bacterial infection, you can pass it to another woman.
