Condom leak

I just had sex with my girlfriend tonight, and I'm afraid that the condom may have leaked from the base. Her period is about 2 weeks away, and I think that in 2 weeks it will be too late for her to take plan B pills.

We used a Trojan Ultra-Thin Lubricated condom, and I rolled it all the way to the base before I became totally erect, then I rubbed myself and the condom on her in order for her to get ready. When we were having intercourse, I felt strange mini-bursts of intense stimulation, almost like I was having small, multiple orgasms. We almost never have intercourse, but when I'm stimulated in other ways, it usually takes a very long time for me to reach climax, and I am never able to have multiple orgasms, as far as I know. I don't know why these bursts of feeling happen to me only during intercourse.

After a few minutes, I sat up and examined the condom in the light. The condom was still rolled up to the base, but the condom seemed a little bit inflated, and there was a thin soapy layer of liquid between the condom and my penis. I had not ejaculated, but I was startled by the amount of white stuff inside the condom. The head of the condom, where the ejaculate is caught, was partially filled with white liquid - BUT I THINK THIS MIGHT BE THE LUBRICANT, BECAUSE AN UNUSED CONDOM I UNROLLED OF THE SAME TYPE HAD THE SAME BIT OF WHITE STUFF AT THE TIP.

I don't know if any of it leaked from the base, because I can't tell the difference between the lube, her wetness, and what might have been my semen.

After this happened, I took the condom we used, and an unused condom into the bathroom. After a few minutes, when both were dry, I couldn't tell the difference between the unused condom, and the condom which I was afraid my semen may have leaked from.

There were no tears at all on the condom we used.

ANOTHER THING: When we were having sex, I felt several very small stings in my urethera, at the head of my penis. Could this be the spermicidal lubricant getting in my body, because it stings a bit?

Here are my questions:

1) How likely is it that I pre-ejacutlated several times, this leaked from the base, and could potentially impregnate my girlfriend?

2) If I did pre-ejaculate, and the semen had to gradually travel from the tip of the condom to the bottom, into my girlfriend's body and up her vagina which is lubricated with spermicidal lubricant, is it likely that the sperm would have been killed by all the lubricant it has to come in contact with?

3) Before I had my first bursts of stimulation, I felt that stinging at the head of my penis. I know that this brand of condom has a heavy drop of lubricant at the head. If this lube got into my body at the beginning, is it possible that the sperm was killed at the same time that it left my body?

She will have to take the Plan B pill within 72 hours.  The sooner she takes the pill, the better her chances are of preventing pregnancy from occurring.
