Constant dull pain at the base of penis, and under the skin, solution?
Constant dull pain at the base of penis, on the upper side and under the skin. Pain slightly increases to under side of penis during erection.
Been present for 2 months now. I've never had any penile or urinary issues. I don't drink or smoke.
Until recently, was masturbating 4 plus times every other day.
It is now harder to get an erection and when I do, it is harder to keep it.
I have no other pain anywhere.

This sounds like it could be an issue with your prostate. You don't say how old you are, but younger men can have issues with prostates, too.
