Does my masturbation technique create problems in future?

i have been masturbating since i was 13 and now i am 20.i usually rub the upper part of my penis using thumb and index and middle fingers rapidly.i haven't used my shaft while masturbating.and now i am unable to change my technique as i am addicted to it.will there be any problems in future please let me know?

Breathing controls your mind and mind controls your body. Learn an more efficient breathing called abdominal breathing. (google it).Breathing should be abdominal, slow, deep and even(inhalation and exhalation should be equal). Practice this breathing for 10 minutes twice a day. After learning this breathing use it while masturbating. slow, deep and even breathing.Train your brain for delayed ejaculation. Tips on masturbation. use lubricated hand, do not stop breathing, breathing should be deep, slow and even. relax your perineum., Empty your bladder before masturbating,. you may do abdominal breathing to avoid unwanted erection.You will have to practice with patience.

Naturally, you are using a masturbating technique that feels the best to you.  Therefore, you may be ejaculating rather rapidly also.  This is not a problem except in the future with a partner you may also ejaculate rapidly because you have trained your body to do so.  You could try to use a masturbation technique that also includes your penis shaft and testicles, attempting to prolong your erection before ejaculating.  This will take some discipline and practice, but also may result in more satisfying orgasms.
