Ejaculatory duct Obstruction? Prostatis? Help?

Hi, I am 14 years old and I have tried masturbating since I was 12 but every time I got this sharp stabbing pain in my left side, abdomen area, and no semen came out.  I looked up a bunch of stuff online such as prostatis and found "Retrograde Ejaculation", and "Ejaculatory duct obstruction", which I think is the 2nd one.  I had all the symptoms of it, such as, cloudy urine after "dry" orgasm, abdominal pain, and no semen.  I also read that it can make you infertile and that scares me cause I want to have kids when I'm older.  I'm on non meds.  I DO NOT want to have to tell my mom that I try to masturbate cause that'd be extremely embarrassing and I also don't want to have to tell my doc. for the same reason.  Also, I have this hard bump on the underside of my penis with this little tube-like thing connecting to it.  Thinking maybe a cyst?  Not sure, but can someone please help me, please?  Thanks.

Hi Jhonnyboyo,
Some times such pain can come if one of the testicle retracts inside and due to the pain, the ejaculatory spasms does not occur. However, if you are experincing ejaculatory spasms and no semen comes out, it is mostly due to retrograde ejaculation. Other reasons for pain may be due to some inflammation in the spermatic chord or an inguinal hernia.

In any case, since you have found out a health problem, you have to get it checked by your doctor. I fully understand your embarrassment to discuss your problem with your parents, but you need to overcome your shyness to find a solution to your problem. May be while talking to your mother, you may talk of occassional pain in your abdomen, but while telling your doctor give full details as you wrote above. You should also ask your doctor about the bump on your penis. By the way, do you get night emissions and feel pain at that time?

Good luck, do see a doctor, do not shy away,
