Erectile Problem
I am 25, my penis size is measured approx 2 inch before erection and approx 4 inch after erection. I use to masturbate. While masturbating initially semen comes withing 15-20 seconds and takes few minutes to come out for the next time, masturbating since age of 13-14. Is this okay or some extra care should be taken. Please Help.

Size of flaccid genital is not considered as it can expand to any size when erect. 4 inch size while erect is normal. Masturbating is normal. worrying about size or sexual efficiency does more harm than masturbating. One can do abdominal breathing to enhance sexual strength.Google abdominal breathing and learn it. practice for 5 minutes twice a day. It will help you in many areas of your life. One can do male deer exercise also.There are some groin exercises to increase blood circulation in groin are. This will enhance your sexual stamina.
