Gastrointestinal perforation from anal toy?

High, my name is Sam. I'm a 20 year old guy and have been using anal toys for masturbation for over a year. Two hours ago, I used a 5 inch plug for the first time, which is the longest I've tried. I inserted it about 4 inches and felt a sharp pain, which I've never had before. I quickly took it out. I just went to the bathroom so I could check my stool. It appeared to be normal. I haven't had any nausea or pain (since the initial pain from the toy, which went away in seconds.)

I have a long history of anxiety and get panic attacks several times a week. I take zoloft and klonopin for this. When I get worried, it can be hard for me to calm myself. Even though those signs probably mean that no damage was caused, it kind of freaked me out, and I haven't been able to get rid of the feeling since. I've been slightly dizzy, and I feel hot. I'm guessing this is from the anxiety, which I'm definitely still feeling.

As you can tell, it's causing a great deal of stress, and I need some advice. I could always go and ask my parents what they think (both are nurses.) For obvious reasons, I would prefer to ask here first rather than cause extreme embarrassment over nothing.

It is good that you yourself resolved your problem. Congratulations.
By reading your post, I recalled one massage which can protect anal spincture. (sp?) Google Anal peripheral prostate massage. There are four types of prostate massage. The above one is good for anus health.

Well, anxiety is gone. I'm starting to realize that this was never anything to be concerned about. My mind got carried away, but I think I'm fine now.
