Girlfriend feels nothing during sex, help.

Hello everyone.

I'll try to make it short but since I want to include as much info as possible it will probably be long...

I'm a 24 years old male dating a 21 years old female. We have been together for over a year now. We became sexually active with each other so we lost virginity to each other. She can enjoy orgasm completely fine if I touch her clit or give her oral.

But when it comes to sex...the first times hurt her A LOT and she couldn't feel anything but pain. After that and months and countless times after it still hurts her...not as much as the first time but hurts her a bit when I enter her. After that she says the pain goes away but she can't feel anything at all. She says it only hurts her when I enter her but after that no pain at all...we talk a lot about it and are comfortable with talking about it. So she did tell me she enjoys the fact of feeling me inside but she can't feel any pleasure at all.

So we're looking for help on the issue. Why does it still hurt her after so many times? Why does she feel nothing?

We have tried many positions and nothing worked to make her feel pleasure with penetration...But if I give her oral she can orgasm perfectly fine.
Also since it might be mentioned...my size...My penis is 16.5 cm long and about 5cm wide...So I don't see it being the problem...

Thank you for your help and time!

Being non- orgasmic through intercourse is so usual as to be normal for many women. Make sure she has had an orgasm before intercourse to maximize lubrication. Beyond that I can't say why your girlfriend is having pain during intercourse -- dyspareunia in doctor speak. This may need to be looked into by way of US scan.

Better way will be to consult gynocologist or urologist. Pain and numbness in vagina is atypical.
