HLEP ME

last week i had sex with my bf for the first time. we've both has previous partners but we had unprotected sex.
everything was fine until the day after i began feeling itchy in the genital area. when i looked i realized my genital area was  swollen and red, i have a little discharge but not much.. this has never happened to me before . my mom still thinks i've only been with one person and it was a longg time ago. when i mentioned the itchiness she told me to drink water to drain out my system but i think it's alot bigger than that..? can someone help me im too scared to say something to my bf without knowing for sure whats going on

That has happened to me before, and it went down after a couple days or so. Yeah, it is a good idea to drink alot of water too. But the swelling could be from a couple different things, none a big deal. You're fine:)

Wait a couple days and if it's still a problem, make an appointment with your doctor...
