HPV on Penis Head?

Almost a week ago i noticed a bit of change on my penis head where i was starting to see flat pinkish bumps on my penis head. At first I didn't think nothing of it but then day by day after taking showers I noticed that it was getting worse and the bumps were starting to show more. They don't itch or hurt, I don't even know if it's warts. I did research and I could not find nothing that looked exactly to what i have. The last time I had sex was a little over a month ago and it was protected (every time for certain). I masturbate rough a lot but I had stopped because I noticed they were getting worse and I was thinking because of the rough masturbation but can somebody please tell me what this is?

There's these penis bumps that could be mistaken for HPV. Google for Pearly Penile Papules, or have a look at this article: http://ravenshare.blogspot.com/2013/09/pearly-penile-papules-removal.html

you can take a rag or towel and soak it in white vinegar, wrap it around you entire penis and leave it for 3-5 minutes. Then remove the towel and inspect your penis using a bright light. HPV will show up as white spots, they do not have to be raised warts. HPV infects cells on the surface and those cells will become more apparent with vinegar soaking. Pay special attention to the rim around the head of your penis, under that little edge. That is predominant place HPV detected on males.
