Hard nipples

Hi I'm a 22yr old female and recently I got caught out in the rain and just had jeans and a T shirt on,it is cold here in the uk and what with getting wet my nipples became so hard and stiff, this was just over a week ago now and there still extremly hard,it really is getting embarrising as I havent woren a bra since been at school so my nipples really stand out through my tops,I have tryed having a warm bath to get them back to there normal size but still they are so hard,if one of my female work mates brushes against them when she passes me as this does happen alot where I work it my nipples do become tender and sore,PLEASE if anyone has any advice it would be a great help. thanks. Tara.

Get breast pads, pop them in when u put on a bra, it should protect the nipples from brushing against the bra, thereby hurting you, after a while it should stop. And if you have those size of breasts, even if they are firm, you should wear a bra regularly..

Thankyou very much for your help but I would like to ask,do I need to apply oil just to my nipples or to both the whole of my breasts ? as I do have large EE cup breasts and there firm and pointed for there size,I'm sorry but which oil do I use "baby oil" ?  I no my nipples are big button one's but I might just say that since that day I got wet and my nipples became hard they havent hurt at all but now what with them been so hard if something brushes against them and bend them over it is starting to hurt, since posting my first note on here I have been standing under the shower letting the warm water splash onto them but still they remain so hard. If you could give me as much info as you can on what I need to do to my nipples/breasts I would be really happy. I have tryed to put a bra on but it hurts them too much like it bends them over. Hope you can help me out some more !!!  Tara x

You should apply some oil or vaseline all over. Normally it occurs during arousal state. But I think massage with lubricating oil will work for you.

Wear a bra.  If they don't retract after a week or two with that kind of support, go see a doctor.
