problem passing stool since 24 days after anal fingering
hello doctor.plz anyone help me almost 24 days ago i fingered my anal and putted 2/3 fingers in my anal,but the fingering was not ver deep and hard.,and from then to today almost 24 days,i can not poop properly.my poop comes out a little only and i have to really strain,i always put my finger in anal to take out as much as i can but it still there.,its very annoying ,.there is no such pain that i feel but just strain,.i also saw a bit of blood times with my poop in these 24 days.please can u tell me what shoul i do,and what is this,fingering was not so deep and hard,please help i am very shy can not tell to anyone or doctor,i will die but i can not tell anyone..
