I feel a little bit pain when I urinate

Hi experts,

I checked my penis and I'm seeing a yellow-green liquid coming out. I feel a little bit pain when I urinate. Is this STD?
What medicine should I take to completely cure this? I need your help. I regret I didn't wear a condom. I think I got this from the girl I picked up and turned into a girlfriend just recently. I know her. Should I tell her about this?

I will visit a doctor today and I will utilize our company's health benefits or insurance.

i went to our Health Department and the Doctor got a specimen of the yellow-green liquid and urinalysis from me. I will get back to him to get the results and he said maybe i will have an injection for antibiotics or he may prescribe medicines for me to take for the cure.

i hope i will still be able to reproduce and negative with HIV.

if it's my time, it's my time. there's nothing i can do if it's God's will.

You definitely have an STD. Get it treated by your Doctor or Health Department, then practice safe-sex because even that isn't 100% safe.

Yes, you should tell your girlfriend so she can go to the Dr too. It could be either an STD, and or a urinary tract infection. I do hope you were able to get in to see your Dr to find out what's going on. Use a condom every single time with every single sex act to help protect yourself and your partner against STD's and an unplanned pregnancy.
