Hi dawn, look after your surgary and when to start up your sex life, for me I would say when you fill ready, but please use extra lubrecation and take it slow, if as you say its tight then real slow till you fill you need it faster, and up to your normal speed.
But hay just take your time, I know from my wife you women just cant wait to get you men back in the saddle.

After that type of surgery, having sex for the first time afterwards is going to feel tight and uncomfortable. If it's too uncomfortable or painful, then I would refrain for another couple of weeks. I'd say you're better waiting at least 6 weeks before having sex again after that type of surgery, but it's up to you. Maybe try using extra lubrication and see if that helps.
