Hello, is anybody here???
If by "the feeling" you mean orgasm, there is one cause which could be a urologist's first thought: "retrograde ejaculation," a situation in which semen is not expelled normally, but is propelled backward into the bladder. You yourself would not be aware of this phenomenon, but it can easily be tested for. It could have various causes, from a problem with the sphincter which closes off the bladder during ejaculation to inadvertent damage caused by injury or surgery. You should see a competent urologist---who might well also need to examine your testicles, spermatic ducts, and the like to confirm that they are performing properly. Much luck to you for a speedy solution.
