Is this a STD symptoms?

Hi, I received oral sex approximately 10 weeks ago with a condom. She also did lick my nipples. Just to clarify, if she had STDs, would she passed it to me by licking my nipples? In addition, why do I have a layer of white coating on my tongue. There is also a sore feeling in my tongue and it hurts a little when I consume food. I did a comprehensive std test which comprises on syphillis, hiv, herpes 1/2, chalmida etc on the 2nd week after the exposure and the results were all negative.

Not by licking your nipples, no.

A lot of the times the mind can play a mean trick on you, in the way of making you believe you have something wrong with you when in reality you don't. Because you are so focused on that problem that things start to hurt when they really don't, its just the mind or you notice things that you haven't noticed before and a lot of times they have already been there. Just relax. Clear you mind. If you truly believe you have a problem go see your doctor.

Did she use a condom when licking your nipples?  It is possible that you have a fungal infection either by this incident or on your own (low immunity, taking antibiotics, etc.).

As for your tongue, you can try eating yogurt with live culture (read the label) that have Probiotics in them and brush your tongue well when you brush your teeth (throw out your tooth brush after this is gone).

If this doesn't go away, you need to see a doctor to prescribe an antifungal swish and spit/swallow medication if he/she feels it is fungal.  Try to avoid hot, spicy foods as this will make the pain worse to your tongue.
