Kicking an Unhealthy Masturbation Habit - Effects and Help

Like it says in the subject, I have masturbated almost every day, off and on, for the last 3 years or so.  It is usually once a day, sometimes twice, and rarely 3.  I usually do it to porn.

It is time to stop.  I'm 35 and ready to move on from it as I feel guilt, no morning wood or sex dreams, causes my prostate to enlarge a bit which makes me have to get up and urinate at night, and can also make me feel more irritable or depressed if I am already experiencing some anxiety.  It has had NO effect on my ability to pleasure a woman, but I do think it has caused me to ejaculate quicker--average of 7 minutes--than I used to when I masturbated a lot less.

Is this reversible?  There seems to be so much junk out there and not enough from doctor's or psychologists who can speak to this issue.

My girlfriend is overseas, so we have Skype sex a lot, and I also masturbate to porn, so it's double now.  I am officially quitting porn and the compulsion to masturbate to it.  The two go penis-in-and for me, as I know it does for many other men.

I'm done.  Again, is this reversible and does this have any permanent damage to testosterone production?

Thanks!

Yes it is reversible. What you need to do is set goals for yourself rather than say you're not going to do something no more. It's not realistic and very depressing when caving into. Start off by going 30 days without porn and masturbation. Prove to yourself you can do this first.
