Lack of sensation in penis

Hi everyone. It's my first time here so sorry if I mess anything up. I'm an 18 year old currently living in the UK. I've been masturbating for a few years now. As of the last two years, I've not really had much pleasure from masturbation. Everyone else seems to get a lot of pleasure just from slight movement, but I only get some pleasure from masturbating just the underside of my penis head, and even then it still isn't as good as what everyone else seems to get. I can't orgasm unless I masturbate really fast(which will give me no pleasure) and sort of stretch out my legs and arms; there's been times where I've masturbated for over an hour just trying my best to get an orgasm normally without having to ruin it. It doesn't work. I use lube. I've tried buying toys like the Fleshlight(Vortex), and that only feels a little good. People say it's the best toy ever invented, but I hardly get any pleasure from it. If I ever orgasm inside a toy like that, I always become too sensitive and it ruins the orgasm - which confuses me because otherwise I hardly get any sensation from it? I can't feel the inner texture either and all that stuff. I'm really embarassed to go to my doctor and I probably won't because he knows me and it's just something that I don't have the willpower to do. Please help :(
