Hi,

I am 26 years old woman and I have been masturbating since 10 years now. I have recently started feeling muscle pains and weakness and its been 3 months that I am in pain. I masturbate sometimes 2 times a day. Is the muscle pain in my legs and back because of masturbating?

No. Go see a good back/orthopedic doctor. Often, when u have  a back issue it can effect the legs.   Three months is a long time to live with back pain. Please do not go to a chiropractor 1st. The back/spine etc. is a very complicated area.  Start w/getting xrays then 1 step at a time. Even if u get  flare-ups right after masturbation, see a doctor. Don`t be hesitant, they`ve heard it all already. If it still worries u, pick a female Dr.

Masturbation is a completely normal activity that rarely causes any problems unless it's too vigorous & you could damage sensitive areas, or if you were doing so frequently that it was interfering with other areas of your life. Masturbating 2 or 3 times a day is a little unusual for most females, but that still sounds like it's not something abnormal or harmful in any way. In any event, I think the chances your back or leg pain is related to masturbation is about zero, unless you're doing it in some unusual position that puts extra strain on these areas.

According to me..Masturbation will not have any backpain...may be it's because of the weekness in your body eat healthy food.Follow a healthy life style .
