having the same problem. My boyfriend was supposed to cOme see me this December for my birthday and we keeP talking about how we are gonna make love on that special day. I'm actually kind of curious why she is concerned? They don't have sex so he is masturbating? Unless their is medical condition involved guys generally equate physical attention as the sign that your partner cares for you. She probably has bigger problems coming down the pike.
I think the best solution here is to take him to the Dr. all invistigation will be done and by the time you will know, what is happening.
Its possible he has a medical problem such as kidney stones or bladder cancer, not necessarily adultery. He needs to have it checked asap! Also I would say he could very easily bust a vessel in there doing that to himself if conditions present themselves. He needs to quit that and get with you instead....

Really? I am interested...educate me.... Sorry then. I have read alot on STD's and erectile functioning and never heard of a man bleeding when he masturbates.
I dont think so. That is really odd, unless he has an STD. Otherwise I would wonder why. A man does not bleed from where he ejaculates. Why are you not having sex with him anyhow?
