My penis smells like fish after I had sex

Hi, back in April I had sex with a girl and 2 weeks after the sex my penis smelt a lot like fish, so I went to the doctor and got tested for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Tritch. I had none.

Then the skin started to peel around the head of the penis. I then took medicine for a yeast infection, it did not work.

The skin has stopped peeling, but there is like a swollen tube around the head of the penis and it hurts. A lot. And it is very painful to masturbate.

I have seen 2 doctors, one of which was a urologist and not one of them has any idea what it is.

I am going to see another urologist, but I was wondering if any of you guys had any idea what this is. I have never had anything like this before. I am 101% sure it is from the sex.

I also took Doxycycline for 2 weeks for my acne and it did not help either.

Please help me!

Hi, I saw another doctor and he had no idea what it was either. I am starting to get very disappointed and upset. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Hi, sorry about the late reply time. :)

I did take 1 fluconazole pill, would that have cured balanitis? I saw no improvement with the pill either.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms and picture the possibilities which need to be ruled out are balanitis ( due to fungal infection ) or Zoon’s balanitis which is a form of chronic inflammation of the glans penis and foreskin, which affects middle-aged to elderly men who have not been circumcised.

What you need to do is consult a dermatologist and get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings of the penis and a biopsy of small skin sample done. KOH examination of the area will clarify whether it is balanitis due to fungal infection or not.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi, I did use a condom but I am 100% not allergic to latex. Even if I was, the reaction would have gone away months ago.

Well, I'm not a guy and I'm not a doctor, but I am curious to know if you used a condom?  You could be allergic to the latex.
