Numbing Creme

I am a 22 year old male and I would like to be able to last longer while having sex.  I have tried different techniques such as masturbating for longer periods, but whenever I have sex I orgasm quickly.  Is it safe to use a small amount of over the counter numbing cremes to decrease the sensation while I am having sex in order to last longer?

Make sure you read the directions on those creams before using. It might be a good idea to use it with a condom, so that your girlfriend doesn't go numb inside as well.

I know what you are talking about when you say numbing creme. You mean a topical anesthetic creme such as bonjela for sore teeth. I think you will find that it wont work anyway. The theory is there though. Mainly you need to pull out 10 seconds or so before you ejaculate and let the feeling subside. use the excuse of wanting to change positions if you need to. What you are actually achieving by doing this is strengthening the muscle that stops you from ejaculating. This in time will make you last longer indefinitely. You can also do this when you are masturbating. stop just before in the same fashion and then start back up when it subsides a little. dont wait to long or you could lose your hardon.  Just for experimentals sake its not going to hurt you to use the anesthetic creme just to experience the effect. grab a tube whack a big glob on and have wank, see what happens. if it goes numb you'll have got your answer but i think youll have trouble staying hard. use the whole tube if you have too (their not big anyway) but i suggest not having sex with it on without a condom over the top. Oh yeah put on a medical glove to stop your fingers going numb if you try it, the stuff is pretty lubey so youll be right. Have fun!

Yeah, numbing creme is fine. Just pick one that comes recommended. You dont want to lose complete stimulation, but its good stuff.

Other things to try is the stop start technique. pull out before you reach the point of no return and swap to giving oral etc until your ready to continue.

Penis rings are great to use too, they work wonders!

Practice your PC muscles. When you go to wee stop yourself mid flow for 10 seconds and continue. Do this about twice everytime you wee. Girls do it too to help with their strength for giving birth and it does work for men too! Theres info online about this subject.

I heard practicing to stop your flow when you pee can help since you're using the same muscles when you orgasm.

Or you can stop when you think you're about to come and please her with your hands and mouth until you're ready again.

Good luck.
