Pain in Vagina Upon Entering?

Okay, so I had sex for the first time about 3 weeks ago. It hurt a bit at first, although I felt underlying pleasure. It just seemed very tense because my vagina is really tight and it was my first time. We took it slowly but he wasn't able to go all the way in because it was too tight and I was uncomfortable. He wore a condom so that probably added to the discomfort as well. A couple nights later we decided to do it again. This time, he went in all the way. He started to faster and it began to hurt really badly after a little while. I didn't say anything at first because I figured it was probably normal and that it would go away. After he finished, he tried to finger me so that I could finish but the pain was too bad for me to handle and I almost cried because of it.

I figured the pain was likely due to a friction burn or maybe a small tear from going too hard too fast and not being properly lubricated. However, it's been 3 weeks since we've had sex and every time we try to, the pain hurts too much. It's concentrated in one area by the opening of my vagina and he can get the tip in a little bit, but as he goes farther it's a very sharp pain. It feels like someone is scraping the inside of my vagina. Does anyone know what could be causing this??

I recommend you see your Dr. Do you have a gynecologist yet? I think it's a good idea for all young women who have started their periods to have a gynecologist.
What might be going on is friction burn from not being lubricated enough. I'm glad to here you're using condoms, keep using them to prevent an unplanned pregnancy. You may want to try a different brand in case you're sensitive to the ones you've tried.
I would also recommend getting a water based lubrication. This can be bought at any drug store of even a place like Walamrt. You can pick up a tube while you're getting condoms.
Are you hurting at other times, or just when you try to have intercourse? I'm asking because if you're hurting all or most of the time you may have an infection. If it's only during intercourse than it's probably friction, like I mentioned before.

It hurts whenever I'm touched at all down there, even when he tries to finger me. I thought it may be an infection, but there's no itchiness or discharge so I know it's not a yeast infection. And it doesn't burn when I pee or show any other symptoms of a UTI, which is what baffles me so much. I just don't know what the cause could be.

I think you should just take it easy for a while. You can make love without having intercourse. Give yourself a break.

In rare cases hymen is very hard an it has to be removed by surgery. As she is going to be examined by gynecologist, the fact will come out for resolving the problem.
