Painful Urination only at tip of urethra

I recently had sex with a partner. For the about the first 10 minutes the sex was unprotected and but a condom was used for the remainder of the time. When I went to adjust the condom towards the end of the session, it slipped out of my fingers and snapped the tip of my penis and was extremely painful but eventually went away. The morning after I had slight pain in urination but nothing quite noticeable. The next day the pain became quite noticeable and hurt much more. The pain has gotten worse over 3 days and continues to. The pain is only at the very tip of the urethra and no where else and there is no kind of discharge whatsoever. It is also painful when I gently squeeze the head of my penis. Neither of us have any std's and I'm very curious as to what it could be (an infection or result of physical injury), how long it may last, and if there is anything I could do to treat it.

See you Dr about this. It could very well be an injury like the above poster said, or it might be a urinary tract infection. I do think it's most likely an injury but you really should see your Dr about this.

How do you know she does not have a std?  Either way, it takes a couple weeks for any std to show up, so I would say it is an injury.  However, it does not mean that you did not get a std since you unprotected sex.
