Greetings. Please am a male...just a little mistake while registering, any help on how to edit it?.  Now, this is my first question am new here....i like withdrawing method while having sex with my wife because we don't want any pregnancy yet and she is afraid of any control pill and dos'nt like condom... We normally play before sex. And my question is; during foreplay, i noticed i normally discharge a water-like fluid from my penis, pls can it get my wife pregnant because even after cleaning it before inserting it on her virgina, i still believe those water-like sperm may still be coming out inside her before the main ejaculation, can that get her pregnant?

This water like fluid is precum, may contain few sperms. It is not a seminal discharge containing millions of sperms. However, with precum, one can conceive. So it is not safe if you want to prevent pregnancy.
