It is you worry that makes your sense of sexual urge diminished. Stop worrying. Do 10 abdominal breaths three times a day. Google the word abdominal breathing to know the method. If you do this paractice every day, you will be able to control your sexual energy. Failed erection or premature ejaculation is quite common.Do it only when there is a natural urge.

Hello,
Se first of all, masturbate only when you feel to. Not like a prescription of doctor twice or thrice a week.
Tension not, its your body saying, that it needs some rest.
before going to sleep, take off ur undies under lower or short.
this will help to rest ur genitals thru out night.
Remember masturbate only wen u feel to do that, not like daily routine or task.
Also its not good to ride a bike, which is breaking ur nuts on daily basis :D

Good Luck.
